Hewlett Packard, EEsof Division, provides solutions for communications signal path design.  HP DSP Designer and DSP Synthesis support design flow from DSP algorithm exploration to implementation in a Xilinx FPGA.

Hewlett Packard, EEsof Division, provides EDA solutions for communications signal path design.  HP DSP Designer and DSP Synthesis are two tools available under the HP Advanced Design System that support design flow from DSP algorithm exploration and optimization to implementation in an ASIC or Xilinx FPGA.

DSP designer includes a block-diagram algorithm-development environment, a DSP filter tool, easy to use interfaces to measurement instrumentation, and a powerful data post-processing capability for custom measurement creation.

HP DSP Synthesis software takes in DSP system level designs and uses behavioral synthesis techniques to optimize the hardware implementation for greater impact on the final design implementation.  The output from DSP synthesis is RTL Verilog or VHDL.  This output can be used to implement the designs in application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) or field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) from Xilinx.

HP DSP Designer provides the solution you need for true mixed signal design (analog/RF/DSP) while also supporting implementation of DSP designs in Xilinx FPGAs.  contact your local HP sales office to find out how DSP Designer can keep you ahead of your competition.
