The Xilinx Toolkit allows high-performance simulation in both VHDL and
Verilog for designers of Xilinx FPGAs. It allows easy movement from design
capture, through the XACT development system software to simulation on
the IKOS Voyager Series or Gemini Series, IKOS Systems, Inc. is a technology
leader in high performance, mixed-level simulation for VHDL and Verilog-based
top-down designs. The company is focused on helping designers to dramatically
reduce product design cycles for very complex, high-performance systems
containing multiple ASICs, FPGA, and full-custom ICs.
The Xilinx Toolkit allows Xilinx users to handle large gate counts easily
with speed, capacity and accuracy. Users can choose between pre- and post-simulation.
All speed versions of the Xilinx 3000, 4000, 4000e, and 5200 series parts
are supported.
The Voyager Series of mixed-level simulation products for ASIC, FPGA,
and system-level design includes:
Voyager VS, a fully 1076-compliant VHDL simulator
Voyager CS, a software package for high- performance mixed-level simulation
that supports more than 80 certified ASIC and FPGA libraries
Voyager CSX, a high-performance port for seamless integration of IKOS
hardware accelerators into the mixed-level VHDL environment
NSIM, IKOS hardware accelerator, was designed for high-performance,
high-capacity simulation. The Gemini CSX simulation system offers superior
performance for the ASIC, FPGA, and system verification of Verilog designs.
It delivers mixed-level acceleration through a tight integration of the
Cadence Verilog-XL simulator with the IKOS NSIM hardware accelerator.
