Mr. Fox is currently vice president and general manager of both the HardWire™ Business Unit and the Hi-Reliability business unit at Xilinx.  He is responsible for marketing, chip and software development, operations, and the ASIC design center. 

Fox has been with Xilinx since 1989 and previously held the office of vice president of marketing. 

Prior to joining Xilinx, Fox spent nine years in various marketing management positions at Intel's Microcomputer and ASIC divisions. 

Mr. Fox has BSEE and MBA degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
