Mr. Haynes, formerly the Eastern U.S. Area sales director at Xilinx, oversees Xilinx's North American Sales Operation which includes Xilinx field sales personnel, independent manufacturing representatives, and distributors. 

Prior to joining Xilinx in 1987, Haynes was an Eastern Area sales manager at Silicon Systems in Boston, MA. Before his position at Silicon Systems, he was the Northeastern regional sales manager at National Semiconductor in New England. He has had experience with individual sales organizations and distribution in the semiconductor industry for over 20 years. 

Haynes holds BS and BA degrees from the University of Denver.
