Dennis Segers, vice president and general manager of FPGA product development, is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the most cohesive hardware and software products in the industry. 

Before joining Xilinx in 1994, he served as vice president and general manager of the non-volatile products group at Benchmarq Microelectronics. 

Segers holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
