Ms. Sully has been with Xilinx since 1995 as vice president, chief information officer. She is responsible for global management information systems (MIS) and computer resources at Xilinx. 

Before joining Xilinx, Sully was vice president, MIS at 3Com Corporation for three years. Prior to that, she was with National Semiconductor Corporation for eleven years, most recently as director of Worldwide Systems Development. 

Sully holds a BA degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
