As vice president of human resources, Ms.Taylor is responsible for worldwide organizational development training, compensation, benefits and employment. 

Taylor joined Xilinx as director of employee relations and training in July of 1993. Previously, Ms. Taylor worked for Computervision, Intel Corporation for eight years, Tolerant Systems as the director of human resources, and ran her own consulting firm for a total of seven years. She has been in the Human Resources field since 1973. She became vice president of human resources at Xilinx in January 1996. 

Ms. Taylor received her BS in behavioral science from the University of Santa Clara.
