Subject: Process Change Notification (PCN96006) -- XC73144 PQ160: Cin parameter change. Products Affected: XC73144-7PQ160C, XC73144-10PQ160C/I, XC73144-12PQ160C/I, XC73144-15PQ160C/I Note: Please see PDN97008A for the latest status. Change Description: The specification of Cin (input capacitance for global control pins) is being changed from 12 pF to 18 pF. The change applies to pins 33, 35 and 42 only (all three pins are global clock pins). Reason For Change: QA controls in manufacturing demonstrated that the XC73144 in PQ160 package did not consistently meet Cin specification on the above mentioned pins. Consultation with existing customers has revealed that changing this specification should not have any negative impact on system functionality. Traceability: The change applies to all XC73144PQ160 product. Immediate response to this notification is not required. For any questions
