      Content Description 
        This module focuses on using the Virtex and Virtex-E device resources. 
        This module describes some of the applications that Virtex was designed 
        to be used for. 
      Objectives 
        After completing this training, the student will be able to: 
      
        -  Use the Virtex Select I/O, DLL, and the Virtex-E resources
 
        -  The power management capabilities of the power estimator and some 
          recommendations for decoupling Virtex devices will also be provided.
