Problem Title:
M1.4 Ngdanno - Timing discrepency between Trce and back annotated timing for EQN logic.
Problem Description:
Timing from the sdf file doesn't match the timing value from the twr file. The problem was found to
be specific to certain
cases involving EQN symbols to input logic. A patch is
available for M1.4.
Solution 1:
A fix for this ngdanno error is included in the current M1.4 Core
