Problem Description:
A case has been seen where PAR runs out of memory during
placement of of a design with hard macros (.nmc). The memory usage ramps up steadily during placer i
terations. The problem
was found to be related to the placement of hard macros that
contain routing information. A patch is available for M1.4.
Solution 1:
A fix for this PAR error is included in the current M1.4 Core
