Problem Description:
The following applications have been recompiled with the
new 4.2 compiler to improve run times on Win95:

Solution 1:
A patch is available on the Xilinx Download Area:
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/M1.4_alliance/win95_m14.zip
Password:WIN95ONLY
This patch should be used in addition to the Core Tools Patch:

To Install:
Use WinZip or an equivalent utility to install into the
directory that the XILINX variable points to, usually C:\XILINX.
This zip file was created by WinZip. To obtain this utility,
access WinZip's web site at http://www.winzip.com
There is no need to re-start the computer after installation.
WARNING: This patch should not be installed on a WinNT machine.
The M1.4 core tools will not run on a WinNT machine if this patch
is installed. In case of accidental WinNT installation the file
C:\xilinx\bin\nt\orgbasut.dll
should be copied to:
C:\XILINX\bin\nt\libbasut.dll
This Win95 patch will need to be re-installed if the
Core Tools Patch core_nt*.zip is installed.
