General Description:
This error was caused by "optimize" creating a logic 1 F function driving a flop when it saw a FDC
E with the D pin pulled up to VCC, and an active CLK and CLR signal.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest M1.4 Core Tools Patch available
on the Xilinx Download Area:
