Problem Title:
M1.4 Bitgen -- Output using OMUX2 stuck low...
Problem Description:
The test design implements an OMUX2 and OBUFE identically in two different IOBs (P15 and P16) of an
xc4044xlPQ240. P15 works P16 is stuck LOW. I made a seperate test design to do the same thing and
was able to duplicate the problem in H/W with both designs. I am only assuming that this is a bitst
ream generation problem. I made another design that only implements the OMUX2 in P16 and it works.
Solution 1:
This problem has been corrected in a combined bitgen and
speed file upgrade:

Both files contain the same data.
