All speed grades and all temperature grades of these product offerings are affected. Note however, that no Xilinx Military product offerings are affected.

Change Description: Xilinx is discontinuing the above device/package combinations and providing our customers with two years notification to plan for the obsolescence and/or replacement of these product combinations. This is believed to be the most customer responsive discontinuation policy in the industry.

Reason For Change: The above device/package combinations have declined in customer usage to the point where continued manufacturing is becoming no longer economical. In order to continue the Xilinx evolutionary process of cost reductions, it is necessary to discontinue these product combinations.

Key Dates:
Final orders accepted until 15 January 2003
Final deliveries on or before 15 April 2003
