Clock Freq:
	Enter the master clock frequency in MHz for Power calcuations

Max Input Load:
	Enter the maximum load allowed on each input in 0.1 std loads.
	Entering a smaller number tends in increase the area and delay
	of the circuit.

Output Load:
	Enter the gate load presented by each output in 0.1 std loads.
	This load is in addition to the load associated with one fanout.
	Entering a larger number tends to increase the area and delay
	of the circuit.

Ok: Press to accept and save the changes
