_N_A_M_E
          get_register   Create a list of registers


SYNTAX
          string get_register _g_l_o_b__p_a_t_t_e_r_n

          string    _g_l_o_b__p_a_t_t_e_r_n


ARGUMENTS
          _g_l_o_b__p_a_t_t_e_r_n   This parameter is used to specify the
                         registers whose name matches the
                         pathname glob.  See the object man page
                         for details on object definitions and
                         naming.


DESCRIPTION
          get_register returns a list of registers in the current
          chip that matches the specified path glob.


EXAMPLES
          The following command returns a list of registers at
          the top level of hierarchy in the current chip.

               fe_shell > get_register /*/*
