This error occurs when a fanout on a net has exceeded the allowable limit. The maximum allowable fanout is 24 loads on ordinary nets (non-global). The recommended limit depends on the device family. It is 10 for ACT1/40MX, and 16 for all others.
If net fanout is greater than 24, Designer reports an error.
Action
Reduce the fanout on the net that is in violation.
