PLC009: Global net <netname> must be placed on a middle global CCC resource, but its driver is currently locked to a quadrant resource

The driver of the global net must be unlocked from the quadrant location before it can be locked onto a middle global CCC resource. For example, a global net driving a FROM, UJTAG, or CCC macro must be assigned to a chip global.

Action

One of the following:

• Unlock the driver of the global net from the quadrant CCC location, and then lock it to a middle global CCC location.

• Unlock the driver of the global net from the quadrant CCC location, and run layout again. The clock driver will automatically be assigned to a middle global CCC location during layout.
