File Type
Specifies the format for the programming file. For Silicon Sculptor, select AFM Fuse Files. For Data I/O programmer, select the Data I/O format.
Note: Only ACT1/ACT2/ACT3 support the Data I/O format.
Silicon Signature
Specifies the 5 digit hexadecimal silicon signature.
Output filename
Specifies the directory and name of the programming file.
Generate Probe File Also
Automatically generates probe file for use with the Silicon Explorer.
