Enter a Design Name and Silicon Family. This Design Name helps identify the current design. The Design Name need not be identical to the .adb filename or even the top-level-def in your netlist or netlist filename. To save this design to disk, select Save from the File menu. Design files are automatically saved as type *.adb. If an ADB file with the same name already exists a warning displays to prevent you from unintentionally overwriting the existing design.
You can edit the working directory of your design in the Working Directory field.
The Design Name and Working Directory fields are disabled if you open your Designer place-and-route software from the Libero IDE. If created a project in the LIbero IDE and you wish to change your design name or working directory, from the File menu, select Save As, and save your file outside of the Libero folder structure.
