The Silicon Sculptor tool programs Antifuse devices. You can program your chip after you have generated the appropriate programming file.
Libero does not pass the programming file to Silicon Sculptor at this time. Click the Sculptor button in the Libero Design Flow window and import the programming file manually to program your device.
