Editing multiple rows

  To edit multiple rows:

  1. Select the rows to edit.

To select consecutive rows, click the first row, press and hold down the SHIFT key, and then click the last row.

To select rows that are not consecutive, press and hold down the CTRL key, and then click each row to select. Continue to hold down the SHIFT or CTRL key.

  1. While still holding down the SHIFT or CTRL key, click in the cell containing the value you want to change. Release the SHIFT or CTRL key, and then release the mouse button.

The change occurs in all selected rows.

 

Note: You can also select an entire column, which enables you to edit all rows in that column.
