To install your PCI serial interface product in QNX 6 Neutrino, the two files
located in the current directory need to be placed into specified locations
in order for the cards to be recognized.

WARNING:
If you do not place these files into the proper locations before installing
the serial card, the system will hang on boot.

PCISERIAL needs to be put into /etc/system/enum/devices
8PTPCISER needs to be put into /sbin

After copying the files, it is important that you change the permissions on
8PTPCISER.  It needs to be 775 (rwxrwxr-x).  You can use "chmod" to do this.
