This directory contains the following files:
	
	1. 3098.C	( This is the C source code for 3098.EXE )

	2. 3098.EXE	( The default base address is 300H )

The program 3098.EXE can be used to test the REL 32 board and has several
command line options.

	Syntax: 3098 [/?] [XXX] [/w] [/k] [/r]
		/? - syntax help
		XXX - specify card base address XXX
		/w - do not test individual relays
		/k - advance relays using key press (vs. timed advance)
		/r - do not test registers
