Software Compliance:The current versions of the Xilinx Software Solutions have no known problems related to Year 2000 compliance. Xilinx will certify Year 2000 compliance in the next release of our software scheduled for later this year. All customers who are "in warranty" (i.e., under maintenance) will automatically receive this upgrade.Systems Compliance:All Xilinx internal systems will be Year 2000 compliant by the end of December, 1998. Xilinx will be able to process all versions of EDI records and will ensure that the year is processed correctly. We will take guidance from our trading partners on this.We are currently working with our key suppliers to make sure that they are Year 2000 compliant in all their systems and hardware.
