	PROBLEM:  Customers have reported that the use of AT&T flash serial prom

			 problems with configuration of XC4000 devices in fast c

	CAUSE:	The access time for an AT&T 1765 is 250ns, which may be too slow

		     for XC4000 fast configuration mode.
