General Description:
After a Translate step fails in the Flow Engine, the Report Browser shows
an incorrect Translation Report.


Solution 1:

This can occur if NGDBUILD fails in Translate before
NGDBUILD writes out a .bld log file.  To determine
if a log file was written out, examine the Flow Engine
message window to see if a .bld was written.

When this occurs, the incorrect Translation Report which
appears is from the previous completed run of NGDBUILD.
