Problem Description:
Lead finish for different packages:

*	all plastic are 80% tin 20% lead

*	PG , CB packages are gold over nickel

*	CQ (commercial) packages are 100% tin

*	CQ (military) 100% tin with hot solder dip

* MQ and PQ Cu 7025 with Electroplated solder (SN/Pb)
      applied as the lead finish
