Problem Description:
Solution 1:
5200: Same to 4k, can be use on I, O, I/O for both pullup and pulldown.
Solution 2:
Using PULLUPs and PULLDOWNS with Inputs/Outputs
2k: Although there are pullups on unused I/O before configuration, after
configuration there are no usable I/O pullups after configuration.
3k: Pullups only, but can ONLY be use on Inputs
4k and 5200: Pullups and pulldowns, can be used with I, O, I/O. Just place on
schematic.
