Problem Description:
TCLKIN is not shown in the pinout of the 3030 64 pin VQFP package ,
from page 2-140 of the '94 data book.
Solution 1:
TCLKIN was inadvertantly left out of the pinout of the
3030 64 pin VQFP package , from page 2-140 of the
'94 data book. TCLKIN is on pin 18.
The correction was made in the 1994 DATA BOOK second edition
