Solution 1:
Synopsys 3.1a users with DS401 version 3.01 Release will need patch files from
Xilinx to address 3 issues. The 3 existing issues are:
1)XBLOX synthetic library needs to be re-analyzed
2)A patch library allows mapping to sequetial IO cells
3)Two supplied scripts to correct problems with Timespecs and pin names in XNF
netlists.
These files are available from Xilinx technical support.
