XACT 5 install:It is possible to install place and route tools but not packages
Problem Description:
In the XACT 5 installation program, it is possible to install the data files
for a given device without installing the associated place and route tool, and
vice-versa. This may lead to a situation later where the software appears to
have installed support for a certain device when in reality some the necessary
files are missing.
Solution 1:
If this occurs, re-install the missing files.
