Problem Description:
The 1994 Data Book, vol 1 is missing references to the L15 and L3 pins for
the 4005HPG223 pinout on page 2-101.
Solution 1:
These pins should be in the rows above M15 and L2, respectively, (instead of the "-" in the space),
similar to the pinout shown for the 4013pg223.
This correction is implemented in the 94data book 2nd edition
