Problem Description:
Solution 1:
To convert an lca file create with XACT 5 to the old format,
which is compatible with software versions prior to XACT5,
start XACT 5.0 with the command:
xact -lcaver=1
And load the design. If you then save the design, it will be put out
in a version 1 LCA file, which should be readable in previous versions.
* Don't invoke XACT with the XDE.BAT file: the batch file doesn't pass
this option name correctly and XACT fails.
