Solution 1:
In the XACT 5.0 Libraries Guide, ACLK (page 3-32) and GCLK ( page 3-301)
are described as being able to connect to PAD symbols. You should instead
connect them directly to IPAD symbols to access the dedicated fast input
pin, or connect to an IBUF in order to place the input signal on a
different pin.
