Problem Title:
HM2RPM: Running with DFLT_LOGIC=TRUE may cause errors in XNFPREP, PPR

Problem Description:

Solution 1:

There are some cases where HM2RPM run with the DFLT_LOGIC=TRUE
option creates logic that causes errors when it is later trimmed.
This may cause errors later in XNFPREP or PPR. To avoid this
problem, run HM2RPM with the option DFLT_LOGIC=FALSE, and then
connect ALL unused input pins on you hard macro/rpm symbol to
either VCC or ground, as appropriate.
