inch dimensions shown are incorrect.
The millimeter and inch measurements do not equal.
Solution 1:
On pg 4-18 in 1994 databook, for the tq176 package, the
inch dimensions shown are incorrect.
The values shown in millimeters are correct.
26.00 mm = 1.024 inches
24.00 mm = 0.945 inches
