Problem Description:
Solution 1:
Some third party companies may not support the LCANET 5 version of XNF. To
accomodate these companies, the -v option was added to LCA2XNF so that an
LCANET 4 version XNF could be written out.
LCANET 5 included many new things, including LIBVER attributes on the SYM
records and actual instantiation of the XC4000 carry logic.
