Problem Description:
When running PALCONVT 5.0 from XDM, it prompts for a design name:
Enter design file name (.pld):
It isn't obvious that the program wants an OUTPUT file name.
If the input file is entered as the design file name, PALCONVT
uses it as the output file and attempts to locate other PLD and/or
PDS files as input. If no other files exist in the current directory,
an error will be issued.
