Problem Title:
Use of /MR as input precludes use as reset, even during initialization
Problem Description:
The /MR pin can be configured as an input pin for some members of the
7300 family. If the /MR pin is configured as an input pin, then it will
always behave as an input pin, even during power-up when the device
is initializing itself. Thus, in order to use /MR to hold the device outputs
tri-stated after initialization, /MR must not be configured as an input pin.
