Error: Appropriate security block not found on any parallel port

LONG DESCRIPTION:

PROBLEM:

Many users assume that the new XILINX C key licenses all products,
including WORKVIEW. Currently the C key only supports the XILINX core tools.

Solution 1:

In order to run the XILINX core tools and WORKVIEW, both the C key and the
old key must be connected in series to the parallel port.

NOTE: When XILINX begins shipping the PRO series, only the C key will be required.
