ERROR MESSAGE:
Error in 4013d.spd: Expecting format 4000D.1, found '4000.1'
LONG DESCRIPTION:
PROBLEM:
The 4013D speed file included with XACT 5.1 is missing a "D", which
causes the error message in XDM & XMAKE.
SOLUTION:
Download 4013D.ZIP from the SWHELP area of the Xilinx BBS. This zip
file contains the correct data files.
