Problem Description:
XNF2WIR ERROR 201: Unable to open file viewdraw.ini for reading.
1 Errors and 0 Warnings occurred during processing.
Sorry, errors found, could not create output file.
XNF2WIR fails with this error, even though there is a viewdraw.ini in WDIR search path.
Solution 1:
XNF2WIR requires a local viewdraw.ini file, even though the PROseries tools
accept the viewdraw.ini file pointed to by the WDIR variable.
Include a viewdraw.ini file in your design directory.
