SHORT DESCRIPTION:
-p option does not work for 4k
LONG DESCRIPTION:
PROBLEM:
makebits with and without the -p option produce the same file for a 4k design.
CAUSE:
The -p option does not work for the 4k.
SOLUTION:
If you want to change the internal pullup for the 4k done pin, then you need to
use the -f donepin option.
By default, makebits executes -f donepin:pullup
If you don`t want a pullup, then use -f donepin:nopullup
