EPLD Muncher always returns a warning on OrCAD OBUFT symbols
Problem Description:
The XEPLD Muncher returns a warning when using an OBUFT in Orcad:
pl111:[Warning]Component '<instance_name>/U2' does not drive anything and
is removed.
Solution 1:
The OBUFT symbol has an inverter in the underlying schematic annotated
as "U2". This gets munched in the flow and generates this warning.
An extra buffer was added to the macro for Orcad simulation purposes.
This inverter is only used in functional simulation.
This warning can be safely ignored.
