PROFLOW: Does not always display all available Xilinx device speed grades.
Problem Description:
PROflow doesn't directly read the XACT\DATA files that contain the correct
information. Instead it reads in two files found in the PROSER\STANDARD dir,
vfpgaxil.ptl and xfampkg.dat.
Solution 1:
Edit both of these files to add the desired speed grades. Be sure the speed
grade is actually available by checking in XDM, as the Xilinx tools will
read the actual data from the speed file.
