Hardware Debugger: Error states a file cannot be opened when it is actually corrupted
Problem Description:
When the Hardware Debugger attempts to open a corrupted file, the message
returned states only that the file could not be opened. This can be slightly
misleading, implying that the file is not readable or could not be accessed when
in fact the file is corrupted.
Solution 1:
Because the problem is due to a corrupted bitstream, recreate it and re-open
it in the Hardware Debugger.
