Problem Title:
No PLD file created when running from XDM
Problem Description:
After running JED2PLD from XDM, no .PLD file is created, or the following error is
displayed:
tl2028: component not created
Solution 1:
If no filename extension is specified for the output file, XDM uses a .CMP
extension. Other programs (such as FITEQN) that expect a .PLD file cannot
locate it.
Rename the .CMP file output by XDM to have a .PLD extension.
