Problem Title:
XEMAKE6 gives the error: hi10:[Warning] Cannot open CTL file <design>.ctl.
Problem Description:
Executing XEMAKE6 from the command line starts running TSPREP and then
gives the following error:
hi10:[Warning]Cannot open CTL file <design>.ctl.
Using the default CTL file hitop.ctl.
hi11:[Error]Cannot open the default CTL file hitop.ctl.
Solution 1:
XEMAKE6 is designed to be run under the Design Manager in Windows. The
Design Manager creates the <design>.ctl file containing all user options (e.g.
device name, optimization settings) which is then read by the XEPLD programs.
XEMAKE6 cannot be run from a DOS prompt.
Use the previous version of XEMAKE (v5.1) when running from DOS.
